EXCELLENT customer service!! made a long-distance deal fr VA for a Z06...Brackman arranged to chauffeur me from Pittsburgh (airport) to their dealership. When I got there, EVERY LAST individual I interacted with was EXCELLENT. Very friendly, assisting and generally just "good people". I WISH this dealership was in MY area. I did not get to check out their "Service" side, but the Sales personnel, Financial people were probably the BEST I've ever had the pleasure of buying a car from. I'd say SMALL town excellence vs more metropolitan "big box" dealerships. I'm a sarcastic cynic...and these guys REALLY did impress me with their integrity, assistance and overall dealership "personality".
When you go to Brackman, you are not going into a "dealership," you are going to their "home" - they treat you like family. When everything was all done, they wouldn't let me make the trip back home on an empty stomach, so they took me to lunch. This is the true mom and pop business that is hard to find today - I will definitely be back for my next truck! Thank you guys!!!

They took care of me from start to finish . . . had the truck built to the exact specs I wanted, kept me up to date on the entire building process and let me know as soon as it go there, not to mention the great price they got me on my trade in! When I got to the showroom, all the paperwork was ready and the truck was waxed and waiting for me.
