The associates at Punxsutawney Verizon are knowledgeable and friendly. That sounds so generic. But it is so very important to me. I spent 12 years in customer service and know when someone exceeds my expectations. Trust them.

After the stores in DuBois overcharged me for random things I didn't even need and put the wrong sized screen protector on incorrectly, Roberto from the Punxsy Verizon store took great care of me. They put the correct screen protector on and didn't charge me random fees. They answered all my questions and concerns. Definitely my new and forever place to go for phones!!!
