After waiting 4 hours to be seen, the nurse practitioner wants to order something else? Do it all at once. This hospital's big selling is "emergency room staffed with a doctor 24hrs a day, same great service? " the clinics are faster and friendlier. No, never saw a doctor. Will not ever go back. Just a glorified bandaid station.

Got a bill for $800 for physical therapy that did nothing and was told it was covered by insurance. MRI wait was 10 minutes. Went to ER complaining of choking, doctor reported that I had complained of dry mouth instead. Took mother to ER twice for strokes, did absolutely nothing. Verdict? ER is useless unless you have, say a broken arm, Don't believe PT if they tell you bill is covered by your insurance, but get tests fast, very fast compared to most hospitals.
If it's not an immediate emergency, make your way to a different hospital. That's all I'll say.
After sitting for an hour in the waiting room my gf finally talked to one person. After another hour sitting in the waiting room (2 hours of waiting) we finally went into the ER. After another 2 hours finally got to leave. Junk hospital and a waste of time!
